8. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines, methods, fees, and service levels (including domestic standard 5–10 working days, international 15–20 working days, and optional express/next-day delivery within India on request with additional charges) are governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our current policy provides:

• Size exchanges within 7 days of delivery (subject to QC).
• No exchanges on items marked SALE.
• Returns only for damaged/defective items.
  For damaged/defective claims, you must email wearateofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours with an uninterrupted unboxing video (from the moment you begin opening the parcel) and clear photos. Any media captured after opening will not be accepted.
  Approved cases may receive a refund, exchange, or store credit at our discretion.
  All returns/exchanges are subject to verification by Ate (T&H Co.).

10. Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor control.
