We get it - sometimes things don’t fit right, and that’s okay. Here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds at Ate.
Exchanges
We currently only offer exchanges for size only, within 7 days of receiving your order, we do not provide refunds.
To initiate an exchange, please write to us at wearateofficial@gmail.com with your order details.
Please note:
1. Items marked SALE are not eligible for exchange.
2. Exchanges are processed only once the returned item passes our quality check.
Returns
We’re unable to accept returns unless the product you received is damaged or defective. Each piece goes through a thorough quality check before dispatch, but if something still slips through, we’ll make it right.
Damaged / Defective Products
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please:
1. Record a video while opening your package - from the moment you start unboxing until the product is fully visible.This step is mandatory for us to review your claim. Any photos or videos taken after opening will not be accepted.
2. Email us the unboxing video + clear photos of the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving your order at wearateofficial@gmail.com
Once reviewed and approved, we’ll offer you a exchange or store credit — depending on the situation.
Final Note
All returns and exchanges are subject to verification and approval by our team at Ate.
We reserve the right to refuse claims that don’t meet the policy guidelines.
