You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at wearateofficial@gmail.com.
Once 24 hours have passed, cancellations will not be accepted, except under exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion ofAte (T&H Co.).

Refund Process

If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed time frame:

• The refund will be issued to your original mode of payment (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI, etc.).
• Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing timelines.

Important Notes

• Orders that have already been shipped or processed for dispatch cannot be cancelled.
• Any cancellation accepted beyond 24 hours will be treated as an exceptional case, reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Refunds will only be processed once we confirm the cancellation.
